FOR DADE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CLERK’S OFFICE
New Year’s Day – Friday January 1, 2010
Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday - Monday January 18, 2010
Confederate Memorial Day – Monday April 26, 2010
Memorial Day – Monday May 31, 2010
Independence Day – Friday July 4, 2010
Labor Day – Monday September 6, 2010
Columbus Day – Monday October 11, 2010
Veterans Day – Thursday November 11, 2010
Thanksgiving – Thursday November 26 and Friday November 27, 2010
Christmas Eve – Thursday December 23, 2010
Christmas Day – Friday December 24, 2010
The Superior Court Clerk’s office will be open for business on Monday April 26 and also Monday October 11, 2010 due to jury trials.

In an effort to provide ease and convenience, Dade County Superior Court Clerk’s office, in conjunction with the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority, has developed an online notary public application process. |

The Clerk of Superior Court is an elected position serving the Superior and Juvenile Courts in Dade County. The Clerk is the custodian over the land and property records as well as the civil and criminal records in the courts served. |
